Please kindly read all product descriptions before placing your order. We deal strictly on Virgin & Raw Human Hair ‼️


Returns/Exchanges are ONLY accepted if:

• Item is damaged

• Wrong wig was sent out.


We do NOT accept returns for:

• Flimsy excuses such as “it doesn’t suit me, no longer needed” etc.

• Third-party opinions.

Return Conditions:

• Wig must be unused & in original condition

• Must be in original packaging

• Must be returned within 48 HOURS of delivery ⏳

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return delivery costs

Refunds:

• Full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed after inspection ✅
